The man charged in Deep River’s second-ever homicide will return to court February 23.
Adam Rossi, 41, has been charged under the Criminal Code with second degree murder and “indignity to a body.”
Rossi was charged following a police investigation into the death of 39-year-old Sommer Boudreau in early December.
