The federal Liberals and NDP have entered a “supply and confidence” agreement that will keep the government of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in office until June 2025.
But local MP Cheryl Gallant says the deal is “an abomination” that will lead to a “Soviet-style command and control economy.”
In an edition of her “Gallant Night News” videos posted on her Facebook page last week, the local Member of Parliament said Tuesday marked the “first day of the Socialist majority government of Canada.”
“No Canadian ever voted for this abomination,” she said.
“So what does all this mean to you, and to your family? The Socialist government has released its agreement, and it’s going to be expensive”….
