Dates have been set for a preliminary hearing in the case of Deep River’s second-ever homicide.
Adam Rossi, 41, has been charged under the Criminal Code with second degree murder and “indignity to a body.”
Rossi was charged following a police investigation into the death of 39-year-old Sommer Boudreau in early December 2022.
Rossi has been making regular appearances at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke.
His case is still considered to be at the bail hearing stage.
During an appearance last Thursday, Justice Jeffrey Richardson set dates for a preliminary hearing on Rossi’s charges for November 8, December 6 and December 13, 2023…
